ALBERTA LITTLE LEAGUE DISTRICT 3
2011 MAJOR PRAIRIE TOURNAMENT
Foothills Little League of Alberta Little League District No. 3 is proud to host the 2011 Major Prairie Tournament. The tournament will be held from July 21st to July 28, 2011 at the Foothills Athletic Park (2424 University Drive NW Calgary). HERE is another map that might be useful. We anticipate hosting 7 Major All Star Teams during this tournament with the winner advancing to the 2011 Major Canadian Tournament in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Please note:
Rocky Mountain Little League (District 8 - Calgary) has won the 2011 Prairie Major Tournament and will represent the Prairie Division at the 2011 Canadian Major Championship beginning August 6, 2011 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Good luck to Rocky Mountain.

Coaches Tournament Meeting - Thursday July 21, 2011 - 7:00pm - Quality Inn University (NOTE - location changed to the Bamboo Room at the Quality Inn)
Opening Ceremony - Friday July 22, 2011 - Foothills Athletic Park - 6:00pm (all teams - in uniform - to arrive 30 minutes before ceremony)
Coach/Parent/Adult Social - Saturday July 23, 2011 - 7:00pm - Q Lounge/Pub - Quality Inn University
Skills Competition - Sunday July 24, 2011 - Foothills Athletic Park - 5:00pm
Team BBQ - Sunday July 24, 2011 - Foothills Athletic Park - immediately following the skill competition
